Tomorrow my Mom and I are having a pre-wedding garage sale to raise money for our fabulous (depending on how much we make) beach house in San Diego for the wedding.My goal is $400. Let's see if we can do it! A recessionista has to do whatever it takes to have a fabulous relaxing wedding week!
A question for you lovlies...
Does anyone RSVP for showers anymore? My Mom only got four so far and one was a no. The shower is in two weeks. I am starting to get sad.

OooO I love garage sales! Be sure to post it on Craiglist to get more people out.
During my Bridal Shower, no one RSVPed to let me know they were going just RSVPed if they weren't going. Don't fret love.

I think not RSVPing so so incredibly rude. I threw a shower for 35 people, not one person RSVP'd and everyone came. I only knew to have the shower because the bride told me, "Oh, a few people told me they are coming. " I wanted to stab all her friends in the eyes. But that's just me.
Good luck with your sale!! And don't be sad, people are just dumb sometimes but I am sure your shower will be fabulous :)
